2018 East Bay Book of Lists and Klinche…Make a Great Team

A big thank you to Bishop Ranch Intelligence Innovation Accelerator (BRIIA) and the San Francisco Business Times (SFBT) for a shout out in the East Bay Book of Lists (EBBL) publication and at the celebration event! Klinche even got featured on the front cover! (PHOTO HERE).

EBBL Publication

Thursday, Dec 7th proved to be a very exciting day. Klinche, (in conjunction with BRIIA), was chosen to be featured on the front cover of the East Bay Book of Lists. Michael Schmahl, Klinche CEO, and two other BRIIA startup accelerator graduates shared a full-cover photo…What a great shot!
All five BRIIA graduates also shared a full inside page congratulating them on being the first set of startup entrepreneurs graduating from BRIIA. “Passionate entrepreneurs drive innovation.  It is incredibly exciting to see them develop simple ideas into early stage companies ready to take flight. All of the five companies that just completed the BRIIA program have the potential to positively transform how we work and have huge opportunities in front of them. We are honored to count them as participants in the Tri-Valley entrepreneurial ecosystem!” Les Schmidt, BRIIA Founder &  Executive Director.

EBBL Celebration Event

Thank you to PG&E and Bishop Ranch for sponsoring a fun evening with good food, and even better networking opportunities. The event included brief sponsor introductions by Mary Huss, Publisher of SFBT, and Master of Ceremonies, and two-minute presentations from all BRIIA graduates. These presentations highlighted the innovative products being developed by the East Bay BRIIA graduates. These presentations, and an evening of networking, proved to be a valuable opportunity with many connections made and interest generated.

What is the Book of Lists?

The Book of Lists is published by the San Francisco Business Times on an annual basis. The focus is providing essential information to buyers, businesses and employers of the U.S.’s most dynamic markets; a snapshot of local economies. San Francisco Business Times Book of Lists provides you with hundreds of companies in their fields, by ranking. It lists key decision makers, along with their titles and complete contact information.

BRIIA opened in September 2017 as the Bay Area’s first integrated data innovation accelerator and collaboration community. BRIIA provides early-stage entrepreneurs with the resources to start and grow companies that are fueled by machine learning, artificial intelligence, natural language processing and related technologies.
